- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups granulated sugar

- For the frosting: 1 can sweetened condensed milk

- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a blender, combine the carrots, eggs, oil, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
- In a large bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder.
- Pour the blended mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- For the frosting: In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, butter, and cocoa powder. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Once the cake is cool, spread the frosting evenly over the top.
