Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Optional: 1/4 cup chia seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, then stir in the melted coconut oil and almond milk.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms; fold in chia seeds if using.
- Scoop dough onto the baking sheet to form biscuits and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
