- 500g bread flour
- 10g salt
- 300ml water
- 200g Brie cheese, sliced
- 150g cranberry sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 50g unsalted butter
- Fresh herbs (rosemary and thyme), chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the sourdough starter, flour, salt, and water to form a dough. Knead for 10 minutes.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 2-4 hours until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 220Β°C (425Β°F).
- Roll out the dough and score it into a pull-apart pattern.
- Fill the scored areas with Brie cheese and cranberry sauce.
- Brush the top with a mixture of melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped herbs.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden and melty.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
