- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, broccoli florets, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated; just add 5-10 minutes to the baking time if baking from cold.
