Description

A creamy casserole combining broccoli, rice, cheese, and chicken for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, broccoli florets, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
  5. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated; just add 5-10 minutes to the baking time if baking from cold.
