Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups chopped fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked rice, broccoli, chicken, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a creamier texture, add an extra 1/4 cup of milk if needed. This recipe can be frozen for up to 3 months.
