Description

This ultimate broccoli salad is a crunchy delight featuring fresh broccoli, crispy bacon, and a creamy dressing.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, onion, cranberries, almonds, and bacon.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar to make the dressing.
