Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  2. In a large bowl, mix the browned butter with sugar until creamy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, beating until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in the chopped pistachios and chocolate chips.
  6. Spread the dough evenly in a greased baking pan.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

For the best flavor, use high-quality Dubai pistachios and ensure the butter is browned but not burned.
