- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- In a skillet, sautΓ© onion, garlic, and celery until softened.
- In a baking dish, layer noodles, ricotta cheese, chicken mixture, and vegetables.
- Repeat layers, topping with mozzarella and blue cheese.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a milder version, reduce the buffalo sauce. Serve with ranch dressing on the side.
