  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  4. In a skillet, sautΓ© onion, garlic, and celery until softened.
  5. In a baking dish, layer noodles, ricotta cheese, chicken mixture, and vegetables.
  6. Repeat layers, topping with mozzarella and blue cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a milder version, reduce the buffalo sauce. Serve with ranch dressing on the side.
