- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 pound fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken breasts until browned, then shred.
- Add buffalo sauce to the chicken and mix well.
- In another pan, sauté garlic and spinach until wilted.
- Combine heavy cream and Parmesan cheese in the pan with spinach to make alfredo sauce.
- Mix the cooked pasta, buffalo chicken, and alfredo sauce together.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, add extra buffalo sauce. Ensure chicken is fully cooked to 165°F.
