Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 pound fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken breasts until browned, then shred.
  3. Add buffalo sauce to the chicken and mix well.
  4. In another pan, sauté garlic and spinach until wilted.
  5. Combine heavy cream and Parmesan cheese in the pan with spinach to make alfredo sauce.
  6. Mix the cooked pasta, buffalo chicken, and alfredo sauce together.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.

Notes
