Ingredients

  • 1 large ball of burrata cheese
  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh basil leaves, torn

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden.
  3. In a bowl, mix halved cherry tomatoes with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
