- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 large ball of burrata cheese
- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh basil leaves, torn
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden.
- In a bowl, mix halved cherry tomatoes with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Remove toasted bread from the oven and rub each slice with a garlic clove if desired.
- Top each slice with the tomato mixture and a piece of burrata cheese.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
For the best flavor, use ripe tomatoes and high-quality burrata. Pair with a light wine.
