- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken strips and shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken until browned, then add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Add minced garlic and stir for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Meanwhile, cook fettuccine according to package instructions and drain.
- Toss the pasta with the sauce, chicken, and shrimp.
- Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add extra Cajun seasoning or red pepper flakes.
