Description

A creamy and spicy pasta dish featuring Cajun-seasoned chicken and shrimp in a rich Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken strips and shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook the chicken until browned, then add shrimp and cook until pink.
  4. Add minced garlic and stir for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  7. Meanwhile, cook fettuccine according to package instructions and drain.
  8. Toss the pasta with the sauce, chicken, and shrimp.
  9. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a spicier version, add extra Cajun seasoning or red pepper flakes.
