Description

A creamy Alfredo sauce infused with Cajun spices, combined with succulent lobster, crab, and salmon for a rich seafood pasta dish.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb lobster meat, chopped
  • 8 oz crab meat
  • 8 oz salmon fillet, cubed
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sautΓ© until fragrant.
  3. Add Cajun seasoning and stir for 1 minute.
  4. Add cubed salmon and cook for 3-4 minutes until partially cooked.
  5. Stir in lobster and crab meat, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  8. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

For a spicier version, increase the Cajun seasoning. Ensure seafood is fresh for the best flavor.
