- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb lobster meat, chopped
- 8 oz crab meat
- 8 oz salmon fillet, cubed
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sautΓ© until fragrant.
- Add Cajun seasoning and stir for 1 minute.
- Add cubed salmon and cook for 3-4 minutes until partially cooked.
- Stir in lobster and crab meat, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
For a spicier version, increase the Cajun seasoning. Ensure seafood is fresh for the best flavor.
