- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sautΓ© for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, stirring to combine.
- Simmer for another 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add extra Cajun seasoning or red pepper flakes. Serve over rice or pasta for a complete meal.
