- 1 pound fresh jalapenos, sliced
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
Instructions
- Slice the jalapenos into 1/4-inch rings and set aside.
- In a large pot, combine sugar, vinegar, garlic powder, and turmeric; bring to a boil.
- Add the jalapeno slices to the boiling mixture and stir.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool before transferring to jars.
