Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.75 ounces) of pink salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, egg, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
