  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined, then form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Notes
