Description

Festive tartlets featuring caramelized apples and creamy brie arranged in a Christmas tree shape on puff pastry.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 medium apples, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into tree shapes using a cookie cutter.
  3. Arrange apple slices and brie on the pastry trees.
  4. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute brie with a plant-based alternative.
