- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 2 medium apples, thinly sliced
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into tree shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Arrange apple slices and brie on the pastry trees.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute brie with a plant-based alternative.
