Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream, heavy cream, caramel sauce, chocolate chips, and instant coffee granules.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 60-70 minutes, or until set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For a more pronounced coffee flavor, add an extra tablespoon of instant coffee.
