Description

A decadent fusion of caramel, chocolate, and coffee in a creamy cheesecake base.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in sour cream, heavy cream, caramel sauce, chocolate chips, and instant coffee granules.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 60-70 minutes, or until set.
  7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For a more pronounced coffee flavor, add an extra tablespoon of instant coffee.
