Description

Delicious bite-sized treats made with caramel and fudge for a sweet indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and corn syrup; stir until combined.
  3. Cook the mixture, stirring constantly, until it reaches 238Β°F on a candy thermometer.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, chocolate chips, and salt until smooth.
  5. Pour into a greased 9×9 inch pan and let cool for 2 hours.
  6. Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week. For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
