Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and corn syrup; stir until combined.
- Cook the mixture, stirring constantly, until it reaches 238Β°F on a candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, chocolate chips, and salt until smooth.
- Pour into a greased 9×9 inch pan and let cool for 2 hours.
- Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week. For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
