- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions until browned.
- Drain excess fat and stir in ketchup and mustard.
- Remove from heat and mix in cheddar cheese.
- Place a spoonful of mixture on each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold and seal the wrappers.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
Make sure to seal the edges well to prevent leaking. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
