Description

Delicious egg rolls filled with cheeseburger ingredients, perfect for parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat and stir in ketchup and mustard.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in cheddar cheese.
  4. Place a spoonful of mixture on each egg roll wrapper.
  5. Fold and seal the wrappers.
  6. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

Make sure to seal the edges well to prevent leaking. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
