Description

A fun twist on a classic cheeseburger, wrapped in crispy egg roll shells.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned; drain.
  2. Stir in pickles, cheddar cheese, ketchup, and mustard; mix well.
  3. Place about 1/4 cup of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  4. Fold sides over filling and roll up tightly; seal edges with water.
  5. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve with additional ketchup or dipping sauce.

Notes

Ensure oil is hot to get a crispy exterior.
