A fun twist on a classic cheeseburger, wrapped in crispy egg roll shells.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned; drain.
- Stir in pickles, cheddar cheese, ketchup, and mustard; mix well.
- Place about 1/4 cup of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold sides over filling and roll up tightly; seal edges with water.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with additional ketchup or dipping sauce.
