- 16 large fresh strawberries
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whipped topping
- Optional: Graham cracker crumbs for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
- Cut off the stems and slice a small portion from the bottom to make them stand upright.
- Hollow out the center of each strawberry using a small knife or melon baller.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently.
- Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture into the hollowed strawberries.
- Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
