Ingredients

  • 16 large fresh strawberries
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping
  • Optional: Graham cracker crumbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
  2. Cut off the stems and slice a small portion from the bottom to make them stand upright.
  3. Hollow out the center of each strawberry using a small knife or melon baller.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, and mix until well combined.
  6. Fold in the whipped topping gently.
  7. Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture into the hollowed strawberries.
  8. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs if desired.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
