Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces bowtie pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  3. Add butter to the skillet and melt it, then stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer; stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and ground beef to the sauce, mixing well. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes. This dish pairs well with garlic bread.
