Ingredients
Scale
For the Crust:
- 1 lb linguine pasta
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 small yellow onion, diced

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

- Add the butter to the skillet with the beef. Sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low. Pour in the heavy cream and add the paprika. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently.
- Gradually whisk in the parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss until every strand is thoroughly coated in the creamy sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
