Ingredients

  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steak slices with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked to desired doneness; remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic; sautΓ© for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and red pepper flakes; simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Add the cooked linguine and steak to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture and stir until melted and creamy.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a spicier version, increase the Cajun seasoning or add more red pepper flakes. Serve immediately for the best texture.
