Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 cups pasta shells
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, optional

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sautΓ© the cubed chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Add dried oregano, basil, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  6. Toss in the cooked pasta shells and fresh spinach if using, stirring until everything is coated and heated through.
