Description

These cheesy crab stuffed mushrooms are a crowd-pleasing appetizer, filled with creamy crab mixture and baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz crab meat, flaked
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 20 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crab meat, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  5. Serve warm.

Notes

For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeΓ±os to the mixture.
