These cheesy crab stuffed mushrooms are a crowd-pleasing appetizer, filled with creamy crab mixture and baked to perfection.

- 8 oz crab meat, flaked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 20 large mushrooms, stems removed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeΓ±os to the mixture.
