Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water and cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sautΓ© until softened.
  4. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  5. Stir in diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper; simmer for 10 minutes.
