Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef chops, trimmed and cubed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sautΓ© onions and garlic until softened.
  3. Layer the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish, then add the cubed beef chops on top.
  4. Pour the milk over the layers and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and shredded cheese.
  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
