A comforting dish featuring crispy potatoes mixed with ranch seasoning, melted cheese, and savory smoked sausage.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds russet potatoes, diced
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and tender.
  4. While the potatoes are baking, cook the sliced smoked sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Remove potatoes from the oven and mix in the cooked sausage and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve hot, topped with a dollop of sour cream.
