- 2 pounds of potatoes, diced
- 1 pound of smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Add the sliced smoked sausage to the bowl and mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving with a dollop of sour cream.
Notes
