A creamy and flavorful queso dip made with melted cheese, Rotel tomatoes, and ranch seasoning.

- 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Optional: 1 cup cooked ground beef or sausage
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the cubed Velveeta cheese and the can of Rotel tomatoes.
- Add the ranch seasoning mix and milk to the saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the cheese is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Once melted, stir in the sour cream until well combined.
- If using, add the cooked ground beef or sausage and heat through.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetables.
Notes
This dip can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave. Adjust spiciness by choosing mild or hot Rotel.
