- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bread, cubed
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk together.
- Stir in sausage, bread cubes, cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.
