Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bread, cubed
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain.
  3. In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk together.
  4. Stir in sausage, bread cubes, cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.
