A crispy egg roll filled with creamy cheesecake and sweet cherry pie filling.

- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Lay out an egg roll wrapper and spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture into the center.
- Top with 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal with a bit of water.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Dust with additional powdered sugar before serving for extra sweetness.
