- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped maraschino cherries
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, cherries, nuts, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a festive touch, add red food coloring to the cherries.
