- 1 1/2 cups pitted cherries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a bowl, mix cherries, sugar, and cornstarch.
- Roll out pie crust and cut into circles.
- Spoon filling into circles, fold and seal.
- Brush with egg and bake for 15-20 minutes.
