Ingredients

- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 medium cucumbers, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Slice the cucumbers into rounds.
- In a bowl, mix the halved tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, feta cheese, olive oil, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes.
