- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs, stirring until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Spread the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set, then cut into bars and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For extra crunch, add the chopped peanuts on top before chilling.
