Description

A creamy and cheesy baked pasta dish featuring tender chicken in a rich Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  5. Stir in the cooked chicken and broccoli; season with salt and pepper.
  6. Combine the sauce mixture with the cooked pasta and transfer to a baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
