- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Stir in the cooked chicken and broccoli; season with salt and pepper.
- Combine the sauce mixture with the cooked pasta and transfer to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
