- 4 hamburger buns
- Optional: Shredded cheese for topping
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sautΓ© until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add ground chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Stir in diced bell peppers and cook for another 2 minutes.
