  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and crushed tomatoes; bring to a simmer.
