A quick and flavorful stir-fry dish with tender chicken, noodles, and teriyaki sauce.

- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 200g egg noodles
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken breasts and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the teriyaki sauce and stir to coat the chicken and vegetables evenly.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together for 2 minutes until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chili flakes or fresh chili. This dish pairs well with steamed broccoli.
