Chilli Garlic Prawn Pasta

Description

A quick and spicy pasta dish featuring prawns, garlic, and chili for a flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 300g raw prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 red chilies, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and chopped chilies to the pan, sautΓ© for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the prawns to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  5. Stir in chili flakes and salt to taste.
  6. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the prawns, tossing everything together for 1 minute.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For extra spice, add more chili flakes. Pair with a crisp white wine.
