- 200g spaghetti
- 300g raw prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 red chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and chopped chilies to the pan, sautΓ© for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the prawns to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- Stir in chili flakes and salt to taste.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the prawns, tossing everything together for 1 minute.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For extra spice, add more chili flakes. Pair with a crisp white wine.
