- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken breasts and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the cabbage is tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper, stirring everything together for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes or chili sauce. Ensure chicken is fully cooked to avoid food safety issues.
