Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breasts and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the cabbage is tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper, stirring everything together for 1-2 minutes.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes or chili sauce. Ensure chicken is fully cooked to avoid food safety issues.
