- 2 tablespoons chipotle paste
- Juice of 2 limes

- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 bell pepper, sliced

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chipotle paste, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
- In a separate pan, sautΓ© corn and bell peppers for 5 minutes.
- Serve the grilled chicken with the corn and peppers on the side.
Notes
