- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- For dipping: 8 ounces dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
- Fold in chopped strawberries and chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Dip cooled cookies halfway into melted dark chocolate and let set on parchment paper.
