  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on the sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
