- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Optional: 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.
- If using, add sliced mushrooms to the skillet in the last 2 minutes of cooking.
