- 1 package of phyllo dough sheets
- 8 ounces of brie cheese, cubed
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Cooking spray or melted butter for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Cut the phyllo dough into squares and layer three squares per muffin cup, brushing each layer with melted butter or cooking spray.
- Place a cube of brie cheese into each phyllo cup, then top with a few fresh blueberries.
- Drizzle honey over the blueberries and sprinkle with fresh thyme and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the phyllo is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
