Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese, butter, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
  6. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheets.
  7. Flatten each ball slightly and top with sprinkles.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
